Näin hyödynnät pimeyttä matkailupalveluissasi — Utilizing darkness in tourism offerings for SMEs
GLOW2.0’s free training series in Finland will enable you to refine your business on an individual and international level. The trainings will introduce you to the opportunities of dark sky tourism through concrete activities and develop your business. You will learn how to use customer centered design, storytelling and immersive technologies in your services. Group training sessions will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences and network. You also get to share knowledge and best practices with entrepreneurs from GLOW2.0’s partner countries.
The trainings will take place at Karelia UAS Tikkarinne campus (Tikkarinne 9, 80200 Joensuu). Hybrid participation is also possible!

The DARK SKY film event will explore the unlit sky, darkness and light pollution with researcher and entrepreneur Olli Reijonen (Syrjävaara Goodnight Oy) and through international documentary films. The GLOW 2.0 project and the Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory (SGO) are organising a theme night to showcase northern lights cameras, star-sky tours and new possibilities for the future of dark time tourism.
